| Notes | TraxOil TR3 is an electronic Oil Management system that replaces the oil level sight glass at the compressor crankcase. A mechanical level detector (float) recognises the oil level in the crankcase and transmits this information to the control logic. An integrated solenoid valve switches oil flow. If there is not enough oil flow the system will initiate an alarm. The TR3 allows visual oil level inspection through the sight glass. The ideal oil level for most compressors is in the centre line of the sight glass. Three indicator LEDs are showing the actual status of the Oil Management system. When the green LED is on, the oil level is optimised. The yellow LED indicates that the solenoid valve is switched on for oil refill. The red LED signals an oil level below the minimum level and activates the alarm relay.
